In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "bb33k" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://bb33k.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" means the website, software, mobile interface, and all services made available by bb33k.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the bb33k Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on bb33k.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credit awarded by bb33k subject to wagering and other conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on bb33k are denominated.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the bb33k Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bb33k.

If you access bb33k on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

Use of the bb33k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bb33k strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and services. Creating an Account or placing bets while under the age of 21 is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits or limits your participation in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any bb33k employee or Game Provider staff where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

bb33k reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements or where bb33k has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance.

To access the full range of bb33k services, you must register for a personal Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one Account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any outstanding balance subject to forfeiture.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
• Notify bb33k immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

bb33k reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all Platform features, which may be subject to further verification steps.

bb33k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to provide verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed threshold amounts set by bb33k's internal compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until a Player's Account has completed the required verification steps. bb33k reserves the right to suspend Account activity or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. Documents submitted must be genuine; submission of fraudulent or altered documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All monetary transactions on bb33k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period may be set by bb33k and communicated within the Account dashboard.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as displayed in the Account deposit section from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure are outside bb33k's control.
• bb33k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bb33k reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where a deposit cannot be verified or where it raises compliance concerns.
• Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits to bb33k.

Players may submit withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed bb33k's verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are set by bb33k and displayed in the Account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bb33k Account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Where a deposit has been made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the corresponding withdrawal will ordinarily be processed to the same account used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• bb33k targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• bb33k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a compliance review is ongoing.
• Any bonus funds included in a withdrawal request must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

bb33k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bb33k bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and verification unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• bb33k reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• bb33k may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for discontinued promotions unless bb33k determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to additional terms published with each specific offer.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and related wagering activities on bb33k:

• All bets are accepted at bb33k's absolute discretion. bb33k reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the bb33k system and a confirmation reference has been issued. No bet is binding on bb33k until such confirmation is received.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a pricing error, bb33k reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the originating Account balance.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket betting including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches, specific market rules (Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, match abandonment, over reductions) are published in the bb33k cricket betting rules section within the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. bb33k is not obliged to pay winnings exceeding these limits.
• bb33k actively monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider trading, or irregular activity. Any account found to be associated with such activity will be immediately suspended and all relevant bets voided.

bb33k's casino and instant games products — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and other titles — are subject to the following terms in addition to those set out elsewhere in this document:

• All casino games on bb33k are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers. bb33k does not develop or operate the underlying game software and is not responsible for the game mechanics beyond ensuring the titles offered are sourced from reputable, certified providers.
• All games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino titles, real physical game mechanics observed via live stream. bb33k does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bb33k:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.

• Using automated bots, scripts, betting software, or any technology designed to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bb33k staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bb33k Platform or its underlying software.

bb33k is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure notifications that alert them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Any unauthorised use of bb33k intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by bb33k.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb33k's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb33k shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from Platform use.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance , or technical interruptions beyond bb33k's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to keep Account credentials secure.
• Losses caused by the acts or omissions of third-party Game Providers or payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bb33k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bb33k makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or meet your specific requirements. You use bb33k at your own risk.

bb33k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — for example, changes to deposit limits, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — bb33k will endeavour to notify affected Players by email or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bb33k Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 7.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bb33k operates as a safe and reliable platform and complies with applicable regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

Any dispute arising between you and bb33k that cannot be resolved through our standard support and complaints process should be submitted in writing to bb33k's support team in the first instance. bb33k will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

bb33k does not make any representation that materials on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of bb33k complies with the laws applicable in their own location.
